What a time to be alive

We receive the order of service, several days late, in the post. My Grandad has tucked a small, square yellow post-it note between the two first pages, 'GOOGLE ALL IS WELL', it reads. 


What is the meaning all is well? Is it correct to say all is well? What does I hope all is well mean? Where does the phrase all is well come from? All is well (2019) All is well Chinese drama. All is well meaning. All is well song. All is well movie. All is well poem. All is well with my soul.

I'm anxious over every small daily slip-up, the dried up broccoli seedlings on my windowsill and how I can't properly explain anything about Van Gogh's Sunflowers to a small child who we are supposed to be home educating. At 11.30, an American cartoon talks my son through 19th Century Arles; a yellow room, France was sunny, a man hurt his own ear. I never replied to my Grandad's last voicemail, wishing us a Happy Easter.
