Since I started shooting weddings in 2016 I’ve incorporated some film photography into my work, and I’m currently focused on how to shoot more film as part of my usual process. So, how can you include a roll or two into your wedding coverage?

Ash and Katy held their celebrant wedding at the historic Beckenham Palace Mansion, a stunning Georgian building with pastel tones and elegant plastered ceilings. They filled the space with a whimsical, gothic floral installation from Bleak House flowers, creating a wild, garden-like pathway leading through the ceremony room.

Here are five of my favourite venues for smaller wedding receptions, suitable for between 30-60 people. I’m really passionate about good food, so it’s always such a treat when I get to visit great restaurants in London as part of a wedding day.
